TOWN OF BLUFFTON PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Bluffton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00pm, on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the Theodore D. Washington Municipal Building, 20 Bridge Street, Bluffton, SC, for the purpose of soliciting input on the below item. This meeting will be streamed live on Beaufort County Channel (https://www.townofbluffton.sc.gov/719/Town-of-Bluffton-Meeting-Videos), on Sparklight Channel 9 and 417 or on Spectrum Channel 1304. Certain Amendments to the Town of Bluffton's Municipal Code of Ordinances, Chapter 23, Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), Article 4 – Zoning Districts and Article 5 – Design Standards to Establish the Village at Verdier Planned Unit Development District, Related Land Uses, Standards and Signage. Documents related to the above are available for public inspection and copying in the Town of Bluffton Department of Growth Management, located at 20 Bridge Street, during business hours.
