Public Notice A&NG Associates, LLC will apply to SCDES-BCM for a permit to install a residential dock at 33 Peninsula Drive in Hilton Head, Beaufort County, South Carolina. The proposed project consists of the construction of a private residential wall and dock consisting of a 4'x20' fixed pier walkway leading to a 12'x13' boat lift accessed by a 3'x12' catwalk as well as an 8'x20' floating dock accessed via a 3'x24' gangway. The wall consists of approximately 159 LF of timber bulkhead and 159 LF of rip rap toe protection (51 CY). The purpose of the project is access to Waters of the US and bank stabilization.
