PUBLIC NOTICE Peter Poulnot Sr. has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit amendment. Propose to construct a 4'x13' walkway extension channelward of the existing pier head. Will relocate the existing ramp and float to the flood side of the walkway extension. Dock will not extend beyond 1/3 width of the creek. Additions will be for private recreational use at 6 Middle Marsh Lane, Seabrook, Beaufort County on and adjacent to Jenkins Creek.
