Public Notice David Pollock and Nathaniel Peterson has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a general permit to repair an existing 4-ft high by 120-ft long retaining wall which faces south toward raccoon island, and replace the existing east wing of the wall, approximately 40-LF, which as failed in multiple locations and is not regimented with on-going bank erosion near and along the OCRM Critical Line located at 62 Pine Island along the May River, Bluffton, Beaufort County.
