PUBLIC NOTICE Ashley H. Williams has applied to the Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to remove the existing 4'x108' walkway with handrails, 18'x18' covered pier head, 2'x8' fish cleaning station and the 11'x12' boatlift. Will reconstruct a sloping 4'x108' walkway with handrails, an 18'x18' covered pierhead with water and electricity, add a 2'x8' sink area on the landward flood side of the pier head and add a new 12'x13' – 4 pile boatlift to the flood side of the pierhead. Dock will be for the private recreational use of the property owner. The residential dock is located at 118 Spanish Point Drive, Beaufort County on and adjacent to the Beaufort River.
