PUBLIC NOTICE John Woolley has applied to the Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to construct a 3'x28' catwalk on the channelward flood side of the pierhead, remove and relocate the existing 12'x12'- 4 pile boat to the channelward flood side of the catwalk. Add the existing 2.3'x8' since area after the fact. Dock will be for the private recreational use of the property owner. The residential dock is located at 757 Eddings Point Road, St Helena Island, Beaufort County on and adjacent to the Morgan River.
