PUBLIC NOTICE Carter Swenson has applied to the Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to add 116'x6' of rip rap in front of and at the toe to shore up the existing bulkhead. Purpose of the rip rap is to prevent further erosion. The bulkhead and proposed additional rip rap are located 124 Spanish Point Drive, Beaufort on and adjacent to the Beaufort River.
