Public Notice Barrier Island Marine Contractors LLC has applied to the South Carolina of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to install a new 187 LF of wood bulkhead for private use at 28 Blue Heron Point located on the waterways of Skull Creek. Comments will be received by the Office of SCDES BCM located at 1911 Boundary Street, Suite 104, Beaufort, SC 29902 by July 31, 2026
