Pinckney Government Building located at 358 3rd Avenue, Ridgeland, South Carolina, at 6 PM (or as soon thereafter as time permits), on "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ADOPTION OF THE GENERAL RECORDS RETENTION SCHEDULE FOR COUNTY RECORDS AND TO ADOPT AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 2-6 OF THE JASPER COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES," and matters related thereto. Copies of the Ordinance may be viewed on the County website (www.jaspercountysc.gov) and/or may be obtained from the Jasper County Clerk to Council (Telephone Number (843) 717-3696), 358 3rd Avenue, Ridgeland, SC 29336. At the public hearing all taxpayers and residents of Jasper County and other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the ordinance.
