OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PORT ROYAL
WILL CONDUCT A
PUBLIC HEARING IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 700 PARIS AVENUE, PORT ROYAL, SOUTH CAROLINA ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5, 2026,
AT 6:30 PM
To receive input on:
A. 2026-16. An Ordinance annexing to the Town of Port Royal approximately 0.76 acres of real estate located in Beaufort County described as Beaufort County tax district 100, map 31 and parcel 1B (located at 132 Castle Rock Road).
B. 2026-17. An Ordinance to zone approximately 0.76 acres of real estate located in Beaufort County described as Beaufort County tax district 100, map 31, and parcel 1B in Beaufort County, South Carolina to be zoned as T4 Neighborhood Center Open.
C. 2026-18. An Ordinance annexing to the Town of Port Royal approximately 0.57 acres of real estate located in Beaufort County described as Beaufort County tax district 100, map 31C and parcels 15 and 16 (located at 3013 Elm Street and 3016 Cherry Boulevard).
D. 2026-19. An Ordinance to zone approximately 0.57 acres of real estate located in Beaufort County described as Beaufort County tax district 100, map 31C, and parcels 15 and 16 in Beaufort County, South Carolina to be zoned as T4 Neighborhood Center.
E. 2026-20. An Ordinance to rezone approximately 25.22 acres of real estate described as Beaufort County Tax District 112, Map 30, and Parcels 3A located in Beaufort County, South Carolina to be rezoned from Planned Unit Development to T4 Neighborhood Center and T4 Neighborhood Center – Open (Rezone of 337 Savannah Highway and 873 Robert Smalls Parkway).
Documentation, pertaining to the above item is available for public inspection at the Municipal Clerk's office at Town Hall, 700 Paris Avenue, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
