PUBLIC NOTICE Jamie Kaye has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to construct a bulkhead. The proposed 130' long, 11' tall bulkhead will be installed in the footprint of the existing bulkhead. Riprap (0.3 CY/LF) will be installed along the length of the bulkhead approximately 128' long, 4' wide, and 3' tall for bulkhead toe protection. This bulkhead is for private use on and adjacent to Point Comfort Creek at 2 Row Boat Road, Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina, TMS: R550 014 00A 0249 0000.
