City of Beaufort NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Development Design Review (Site Plan/Preliminary Plat) The City of Beaufort Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers on the second floor at Beaufort City Hall, 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort, S.C., to request the following: The applicant, Conor Blaney with Ward Edwards Engineering Inc., agent for Novant Health, is requesting a site plan/preliminary plat approval for a commercial development, including a medical facility, located at 396 Robert Smalls Parkway. The property is further identified R120-028-000-1248-0000. Documents relating to this request are available for public inspection between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
