Timeshare Unit 122, Unit Fifth 4, Ocean Palms Horizontal Property Regime
Property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN Unit 122 Unit Fifth No. 4 in Ocean Palms Horizontal Property Regime according to the Interval Ownership Supplement to Master Deed for Ocean Palms Horizontal Property Regime as recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Beaufort County, South Carolina, in Book 534 at Page 2296, as supplemented and amended (hereinafter referred to as "Interval Ownership Documentation") from 4:00pm on the first day until 4:00pm on the last day assigned to the Grantee during the above-described Unit Fifth as said Unit Fifth is numbered and defined in the Interval Ownership Documentation, which estate is to be succeeded forthwith by a succession of other estates in consecutive and chronological order, revolving among the other Unit Fifths described in the aforesaid Interval Ownership Documentation, in order annually, it being the intent of this instrument that each Unit Fifth shall be considered a separate estate held separately and independently by the respective owners thereof for and during the period of time assigned to each in said Interval Ownership Documentation each said estate being succeeded by the next in unending succession governed by said Interval Ownership Documentation until 4:00pm on the first Sunday in 2039, in the Interval Ownership Documentation unless terminated in accordance with the provisions therein. Said Unit is located within Ocean Palms Horizontal Property Regime, Port Royal Plantation and Surrounds Planned Unit Development, Hilton Head Island, Beaufort County, South Carolina and is more particularly shown on those certain as-built surveys entitled: (i) "Ocean Palms Horizontal Property Regime, A Section of Port Royal Plantation", dated August 11, 1989 and last revised August 28, 1992, and prepared by Coastal Surveying & Engineering Co., Inc., Jerry L. Richardson SCRLS No. 4784; and (ii) "Ocean Palms Horizontal Property Regime, A Section of Block E, Folly Field" dated March 13, 1993 and last revised October 18, 1995, which plats have been duly recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Beaufort County, South Carolina in Plat Book 54 at Page 89.
TOGETHER with a remainder over in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other owners of all the Unit Fifths in the described Unit in that percentage interest determined and established by the aforesaid Interval Ownership Documentation.
