Gatch, for consideration of a Zoning Map Amendment. The applicant is seeking to rezone two parcels of land totaling 31.77 acres and located at 243 Salkehatchie Rd, within Hampton County, from its current zoning designation of Agricultural (AG) to Residential ¼ Acre (R4A).
