PUBLIC NOTICE Williams S. & Anne J. Lindsay Trust will apply to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit proposing to install a 4' x 528' walkway with handrails at the OCRM line to get to deep water open connecting to a proposed 16' x 16' covered pierhead, proposed 12' x 13' boat lift, proposed 4' x 24' walkway and a proposed 10' x 24' float for private use at 28 Sheffield Avenue (Lot 6A) on Chowan Creek. Comments will be received by the Bureau of Coastal Management by 17 July 2026.
