Public Notice Princess Holdings LLC, has applied to South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to construct a new private dock with a 4' x 175' walkway with handrails leading to a 16' x 16' covered pierhead, a cantilevered 2' x 6' sink, 3' x 20' catwalk, 12' x 13' boatlift, 3' x 30' ramp, and 10' x 36' floating dock. On the proposed walkway, there will be an 8' pedestrian gate. Also construct a new 137 linear foot retaining wall, 7' in height on the verified critical area line, at 57 Sea Island Parkway, Beaufort, SC 299007. The purpose of the dock is for private and recreational use. The purpose of the retaining wall is to control erosion.
