Public Notice Fred Fiscus will apply to SCDES-BCM for a permit for the installation of a timber bulkhead ( 115 LF), a rip rap revetment (approx. 115 LF, 635 SF, 35 CY) and a dock at 184 Bull Point Drive, Seabrook, Beaufort County. The dock consists of a 4'x104' fixed pier walkway leading to a 12x12' pier head with a 14'x14' roof and a 12.5'x12.5' boat lift. A 12'x20' floating dock will be accessed via a 4'x25' gangway. The site is a residential lot at 184 Bull Point Drive, Seabrook, Beaufort County, SC.
