Additionally, any unknown interest holders by South Carolina Code of Laws § 15-9-710 (5) when the subject of the action is real or owns personal property in this State and the Defendant has or claims a lien or interest, actual or contingent, therein or the relief demanded consists wholly or partly in excluding the Defendant from any interest or lien therein. Based on the above, it appears to the satisfaction of the Clerk that service be made by publication upon Defendant Robert Brown and any other unknown persons claiming any legal right, title, lien, or interest by publishing once a week for three (3) weeks in the Island Gazette or Beaufort Island Packet in accordance with South Carolina Code of Laws, as amended, § 15-9-710, (4) and (5). Both an Affidavit of Publication and a Certificate of Service shall be filed with the Clerk of Court indicating that a copy of the Summons has been published, along with a notation of the date and time of the filing of the Complaint.
