An Ordinance to rezone approximately 0.18 acres of real estate described as Beaufort County tax district 110, map 10, parcel 136 located in Beaufort County, South Carolina to be rezoned from T5 Main Street to T4 Urban Center (Rezone of 1005 16th Street). B. 2026-13. An Ordinance to amend Section 4.1.20, Applicability, of the Development Code of the Town of Port Royal, South Carolina. C. 2026-14. An Ordinance to amend Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Port Royal, South Carolina, to add a definition of electric bicycle (e-bike), to clarify their status under Town regulations, and to provide for their safe operation within the Town. D. 2026-15. An Ordinance to authorize the Town Manager to convey excess real property to facilitate construction of sidewalks within the Town described as Beaufort County tax district 110, map 11, parcel 092D (814 11th Street – approximately 76 feet).
