NSLP Grocery Vendor Request for Proposals Heartwood Community School is requesting proposals for a mainline grocery vendor to provide food and supplies for the operation of the NSLP during the 2026-27 school year. The estimated value of the awarded contract is $150,000 for the first year. The awarded contract will include the option of four one-year renewals. Proposals are due via email to tdouglas@heartwoodcommunityschool.org, debbie@sfwgroup.org, and joseph@sfwgroup.org no later than 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 8. A virtual proposal opening will occur at that time via Microsoft Teams. Please request meeting details via email. No late proposals will be accepted. No changes will be allowed after the proposal opening occurs.
