TOWN OF BLUFFTON PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Bluffton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00pm, on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the Theodore D. Washington Municipal Building, 20 Bridge Street, Bluffton, SC, for the purpose of soliciting input on the below items. This meeting will be streamed live on Beaufort County Channel (https://www.beaufortcountysc.gov/the-county-channel/) on Hargray Channel 9 and 113 or on Spectrum Channel 1304. A request by the Unified Development Ordinance Administrator for recommendation of Approval of Certain Amendments to the Town of Bluffton's Municipal Code of Ordinances, Chapter 23, Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), Article 3 – Application Process, Sec. 3.18, Certificate of Appropriateness-Historic District; Related to Relocation and Demolition of Non-contributing Resources in Old Town Bluffton Historic District, and Sec. 3.19, Site Feature-Historic District Permit. Documents related to the above are available for public inspection and copying in the Town of Bluffton Department of Growth Management, located at 20 Bridge Street, during business hours.
