PUBLIC NOTICE The Halandy Hammock Owners Association, Inc. has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to replace in-kind, the 6'x400' timber walkway with handrails, and the 16'x16' fixed covered timber pierhead of the Halandy Lane Community Dock. The purpose is to ensure safe access and conditions of the dock which originates at TMS: R800 022 00B 0080 0000, Halandy Lane, Daufuskie Island, SC 29915.
