PUBLIC NOTICE Ashley H. Williams has applied to the Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a General Permit to remove the existing deteriorated 18'x18' covered pierhead and 2'x7' fish cleaning station. The 18'x18' covered pierhead will be reconstructed and the 2'x7' fish cleaning station will be reconstructed and relocated to the landward flood side of the pier head. The residential dock is located at 118 Spanish Point Drive, Beaufort, on and adjacent to the Beaufort River. Comments will be received by the office of SC Department of Environmental Services-Bureau of Coastal Management, 1911 Boundary Street, Ste 104, Beaufort, SC 29902 by June 4, 2026.
