An Ordinance to authorize the Town Manager to convey excess real property to facilitate construction of sidewalks within the Town described as Beaufort County tax district 110, map 10, parcel 109A (1108 14th Street – 138.58 ft). B. 2026-9. An Ordinance to amend as follows section 1 of Ordinance 2025-5 to provide for the levy of taxes for ordinary Town purposes in the Town of Port Royal, South Carolina, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, and to provide for the expenditures thereof. C. 2026-10. An Ordinance to authorize the Town Manager to convey excess real Property to facilitate construction of sidewalks within the Town described as Beaufort County tax district 110, map 10, parcel 114 (1102 15th St. & Madrid Ave. – 200 ft). D. 2026-11. An Ordinance to authorize the Town Manager to convey excess real property to facilitate construction of sidewalks within the Town described as Beaufort County tax district 110, map 10, parcel 087A (1111 12th Street – approximately 100 ft).
