Smith. This action was commenced by Petitioner on April 21, 2026, at the Beaufort County Probate Court to have the Probate Court declare that Cynthia B. Smith, Jennifer Blair Smith, and Whitney Smith Hester as the heirs-at-law of Vaughan A. Smith upon his death on or about July 22, 2014. Any objections to Petitioner's right to commence this action, as the current owner of property that was owned by Vaughan A. Smith at the time of his death, or to Petitioner's prayer for relief declaring the aforementioned persons to have been the heirs-at-law of Vaughan A.
