NOTICE OF SALE 2025-CP-07-01881 BY VIRTUE of a decree heretofore granted in the case of: New Residential Mortgage Loan Trust 2015-2 against Sharon Burris, I, the undersigned Master in Equity for Beaufort County, will sell on June 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., or on another date, thereafter as approved by the Court, at the County Courthouse in Beaufort, South Carolina, to the highest bidder, the following described property, to-wit: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with the improvements thereon, situate, lying and being on Lady's Island, in the County of Beaufort, State of South Carolina, containing 1.00 acre(s), as shown on a plat prepared for Sharon Burris by Gasque & Associates, Inc., dated December 14, 1999, revised December 20, 1999, recorded simultaneously therewith in Plat Book 72 at Page 160 for a more complete and accurate description. Borrower, being mortgaged with the property, declares that it is Borrower's intention the manufactured home loss its nature as personalty and become realty. Borrower further affirms and manufactured home is permanently attached and will be not be removed therefrom. Also includes a mobile/manufactured home, a 1996 Homestead Southern Charm Serial #HMST10765A&BGA This being the same property conveyed to Sharon Burris by deed of William D. Peters and Elaine A. Peters dated December 23, 1999 and recorded December 30, 1999 in Book 1246 at Page 2109 in the Office of the ROD for Beaufort County, South Carolina. TMS No. R200 018 000 0308 0000 Property Address: 17 Shallowbrook Lane, Beaufort, SC 29907 TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the plaintiff, will deposit with the Master in Equity at conclusion of the bidding, five per cent (5%) of said bid, in cash or equivalent, as evidence of good faith, same to be applied to purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to plaintiff's debt in the case of noncompliance. Should the successful bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit at time of bid or comply with the other terms of the bid within thirty (30) days, then the Master in Equity may resell the property on the same terms and conditions (at the risk of the said defaulting bidder). Should the Plaintiff, or one of its representatives, fail to be present at the time of sale, the property is automatically withdrawn from said sale and sold at the next available sales day upon the terms and conditions as set forth in the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale or any Supplemental Order. The successful bidder will be required to pay for documentary stamps on the Deed and interest on the balance of the bid from the date of sale to the date of compliance with the bid at the rate of 6.3750%.
