NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HILTON HEAD NO. 1 PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT REGARDING NEW WATER AND SEWER RATES Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Hilton Head No. 1 Public Service District Commission (the “Commission”), the governing body of the Hilton Head No. 1 Public Service District (the “District”), beginning at 9:00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as time permits) on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The hearing will be held in the District’s Community Room, which is located at 21 Oak Park Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC. The purpose of the hearing will be to allow members of the public to express their views regarding the proposed water and sewer rates and fees for customers of the District. All persons who attend the public hearing will be given an opportunity to speak. As required by the District’s enabling legislation and Section 6-1-330 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, the public is advised that upon the due adoption by the Commission and the filing of the proposed changes to rates, fees, and charges with the Clerk of Court of Beaufort County, the revised rates, fees, and charges are anticipated to take effect on July 1, 2026.
