Public Notice Kimberly Meredith has applied to South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management to propose a new dock with a 4' x 115' walkway with handrails, a 2' x 6' cantilevered sink, a 14' x18' covered pierhead, a 12' x 13' four-pile boatlift, a 4' x 24' ramp, and a 12' x 20' floating dock. Additionally, to propose an 8' high by 106' long timber marine retaining wall, no further than 18" from the verified critical area line. The purpose of the dock is for private and recreational use. The purpose of the retaining wall is to control erosion at 186 Bull Point Road, Seabrook, SC 29940.
