City of Beaufort NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Rezoning The Planning Commission of the City of Beaufort will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers on the second floor at Beaufort City Hall, 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort, S.C., to request the following: The applicant, Randolph G. Martin, Tidewater Windows & Doors, Inc., is requesting approval of a rezoning of the property located at 1556 Salem Road from T4-N (T4- Neighborhood) to RMX (Regional Mixed-Use). Documents relating to this request are available for public inspection between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday at the Beaufort City Hall, 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort.
