Public Notice Arbrey Brown and George Brabham have applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to construct a new joint-use dock with a 4' x 182' walkway with handrails leading to a 8' x 12' covered pierhead, 3' x 24' ramp, and 8' x 16' floating dock. The purpose of the project is for private and recreational joint-use at 9 & 7 Habersham Avenue Beaufort SC 29906, McCalley Creek waterway.
