To reduce the existing 10' x 10'pierhead to be 8' x 8'. To add a 3' x 40' catwalk channelward of the pierhead. To propose as after-the-fact the existing 12' x 12' boatlift. To relocate the existing ramp to the ebb side of the proposed catwalk and add a new 8' x 12' floating dock.
