City of Beaufort NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Code Amendments The Planning Commission of the City of Beaufort will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. at City Hall, in Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort South Carolina to consider recommendations of Code Amendments made to Chapter 4, regarding Building Design and Infill Standards of the Beaufort Development Code. Documents relating to this request are available for public inspection between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday at Beaufort City Hall, 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort. Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and to comment on the application. Written comments can also be submitted prior to the hearing to the City of Beaufort Community Development Department, 1911 Boundary, Beaufort, S.C. 29902.
