NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Zoning Board of Appeals
Notice is hereby given that the Beaufort County Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM in the Council Chambers, 100 Ribaut Road, Beaufort, to consider the following applications:
1. James Guscio is requesting a Variance to construct two (2) driveway cuts to a single lot. The property is located at 27 Allendale Street, Bluffton. The property acreage is 0.11 acres. The property is zoned T4-Hamlet Neighborhood (T4HN).
2. James Guscio is requesting a Variance to construct two (2) driveway cuts to a single lot. The property is located at 25 Allendale Street, Bluffton. The property acreage is 0.11 acre. The property is zoned T4-Hamlet Neighborhood (T4HN).
3. Bryan Stinger is requesting a Variance to place a sign closer than 10 feet from the property line. The property is located at 65 Sams Point Road, Lady's Island. The property acreage is .42 acres. The property is zoned Lady's Island Expanded Home Business (LIEHB).
Interested members of the public and adjoining landowners may appear at the public hearing, be heard, and submit evidence and written comments with respect to the application.
