To add an 11' x 12' boatlift to the flood side of the existing pierhead. To add a 3' x 20' ramp and 8' x 10' floating dock to the ebb side of the existing pierhead. To add a 10' x 10' roof to the existing pierhead. The purpose of the project is for private and recreational use at 71 Cusabo Road, St. Helena Island, SC 29920.
