Public Notice Barrier Island Marine Contractors, LLC has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to remove and reconstruct a private use dock. The reconstructed dock will consist of a new boat lift, 4 new piles for pier head , 4 new piles for boat lift, 8 new piles for pier walk and 2 piles for floating dock. The purpose of the proposed project is for private, recreational use at 38 N Calibogue Cay along the Lawton Creek.
