City of Beaufort NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Rezoning The Planning Commission of the City of Beaufort will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers on the second floor at Beaufort City Hall, 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort, S.C., to request the following: The applicant, Kelley Lamsens, is requesting approval of a rezoning of the property located at 909 Church Street from a split zoning of T4-HN/T4-N (T4-Historic Neighborhood/T4-Neighborhood) to a single rezoning of T4-HN (T4-Historic Neighborhood).
