NOTICE is given that the above captioned action has been or will be commenced in the Orangeburg County Court to quiet title to the real property more fully described below:
Parcel:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate and being on St. Helena Island, Beaufort County, and being a part of Lot 21 in Section 29, 1S1E and being more fully shown on a plat prepared by R. D. Trogdon, Jr., RLS, dated March 30, 1971, and revised November 7, 1986, which is recorded in the Office of the RMC in Deed Book 403 at page 1812. For a more complete description, reference is made to said plat.
This is the same property conveyed to Wilgus B. Deaton by deed recorded in the Office of the RMC in Deed Book 403 at page 1810, and thereafter devised to the grantor and his brothers by Will of Wilgus B. Deaton which is filed in the Probate Court of Beaufort County in File Number 89-051.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to appear and defend by answering the
Complaint in this action, of which a copy is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer on the subscribers at their offices located at 1901 Main Street, Suite 1700, Columbia, South Carolina 29201, or to the post office box address listed herein below, within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of service, except that the United States of America, if named, shall have sixty (60) days to answer after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of service; and if you fail to do so, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
TO MINOR(S) OVER FOURTEEN YEARS OF AGE, AND/OR TO MINOR(S) UNDER FOURTEEN YEARS OF AGE AND THE PERSON WITH WHOM THE MINOR(S) RESIDES, AND/OR TO PERSONS UNDER SOME LEGAL DISABILITY:
YOU ARE FURTHER SUMMONED AND NOTIFIED to apply for the appointment of a guardian ad litem within thirty (30) days after the service of this Summons and Notice upon you. If you fail to do so, application for such appointment will be made by the Plaintiff.
