PUBLIC NOTICE George & Patricia Cole will apply to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to build a 12' high timber bulkhead at the critical line at the toe of bank. The bulkhead will be approximately 181' long with a 24' return wall for private use, at 200 Stallings Island Street (Lot 173) on the May River. Comments will be received by the Bureau of Coastal Management, 1911 Boundary Street, Suite 104, Beaufort, SC 29906 until 11 April 2026.
