Williamson; Janet Castlejohn aka Janet Castejohn and if deceased her heirs; South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce and all heirs or persons unknown claiming by, under, or through any of the above-named persons, JOHN DOE and MARY ROE, being fictitious names designating a class of persons, or a legal entity, infants, incompetents, persons in the military service, if any, known or unknown, who may be an heir, distributee, devisee, legatee, issue, alienee, administrator, executor, creditor, successor or assign having or claiming to have any right, title, interest, estate in or lien upon the real estate described each cause of action described in the Complaint herein, Defendants.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to answer the Complaint in this action a copy of which is hereby served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to the said complaint on the subscriber at, 1251 May River Road, Bluffton, South Carolina 29910 within thirty (30) days after service thereof, exclusive of the day of such service, AND IF YOU FAIL TO APPEAR AND DEFEND AGAINST THE SAID ACTION THEN JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE RENDERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.YOU WILL ALSO TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to Rule 53(B) of the S.C.R.C.P., as amended, the Plaintiff will move for an Order of Reference to a Special Referee as appointed by the Circuit Court or Clerk of Court, which Order, pursuant to Rule 53 (b) of the S.C.R.C.P. and §15-67-60 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina (1976), will specifically provide that said Special Referee is authorized and empowered to enter a final judgment in this action, with all appeals directly to the South Carolina Supreme Court or Court of Appeals as provided by the South Carolina Appellate Court Rules. The Amended Summons and Amended Complaint was filed with the Beaufort County Court of Common Pleas on January 26, 2026.

XXI and being more particularly shown and described by reference to the Master Deed of Heritage Properties of Atlanta, Inc., establishing said Horizontal Property Regime, said Deed being dated the 30th day of December, 1975, and being recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Beaufort County, South Carolina, in Record Book 233 at Page 1173. Also, Use Periods 3 (1.04%), 4 (1.04%), 5 (1.04%), 6 (1.35%), 7 (1.72%), 9 (2.25%), 10 (2.51%), 12 (2.51%), 13 (2.51%), 14 (2.51%), 15 (2.51%), 23 (2.51%), 25 (2.64%), 33 (2.51%), and 47 (0.95%) undivided interest as described and set forth in said Declaration of Multiple Ownership Rights, Restrictions, Affirmative Obligations, Conditions, etc. as described in the instrument recorded in Book 244 at Page 895 of the public records for Beaufort County, South Carolina. Amended NOTICE TO ALL UNKNOWN DEFENDANTS, MINORS, PERSONS IN THE ARMED SERVICES, INSANE PERSONS AND ALL OTHER PERSONS SUFFERING UNDER ANY DISABILITY and to any thereof that may be residents or non-residents of South Carolina, and to the natural, general, testamentary or other guardian or committee thereof, and to the person with whom they reside or by whom they may be employed, if any there be, and to all other Defendants whose whereabouts cannot be ascertained. TAKE NOTICE that the Summons, Complaint, and Lis Pendens, were filed with the Clerk of Court on or about September 12, 2026, and Notice to Unknown Defendants and Persons Under Disability, was filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Beaufort County, South Carolina on or about September 12, 2025, and on or about that same date or shortly thereafter Collin Davidson, Esquire, was appointed Guardian ad Litem Nisi, his appointment to become absolute thirty (30) days after the service of the Summons.
