Harris. This action was commenced by the Petitioner on February 17, 2026 at the Beaufort County Probate Court to have the Probate Court declare that Laura Nitz, Susan Harris, and Scott Harris were the sole heirs-at-law of Jerry L. Harris upon his death. Any objections to the Petitioner's right to commence this action, as the current owners of real property that was owned by Jerry L. Harris at the time of his death, or to Petitioner's prayer for relief declaring the aforementioned persons to have been the sole heirs-at-law of Jerry L.
