Public Notice Princess Holdings LLC/Randy Brenner has applied to South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management to construct a new dock with a 4' x 175' walkway with handrails leading to a 16' x 16' covered pierhead, 3' x 20' catwalk, 12' x13' boatlift, 3' x 30' ramp, and 10' x 36' floating dock. To also construct a new 137 linear foot retaining wall, 7'in height on the verified critical area line. The purpose of the dock is for private and recreational use. The purpose of the retaining wall is for erosion control at 57 Sea Island Parkway, Beaufort, SC 29907.
