PUBLIC NOTICE Rob Cart and Clifford Potts have applied to the Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to add to the flood side of the existing pierhead a 3'x35' catwalk with a 14'x17' 6-pile boatlift on channelward side of catwalk. Add to the ebb side of the existing pierhead a 3'x 35' catwalk with a 12'x13' 4-pile boatlift to the channelward side of catwalk. Additions will be for the private recreational use of the property owners. The residential dock is located at 42 and 38 Fortune Road St Helena Island Beaufort County South Carolina on and adjacent to Jenkins Creek. Comments will be received by the office of SC Department of Environmental Services-Bureau of Coastal Management, 1911 Boundary Street, Ste 104, Beaufort, SC 29902 by March 27, 2026
