Public Notice – HQK-K32Z-317BF The Callawassie Island POA has applied to South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit to replace and bore a new water and sewer line form upland to upland under Chechessee Creek along Callawassie Drive in Okatie, Beaufort County, SC. The proposed water main will be bored just east of the causeway for 506 LF and the proposed sewer line will be bored just west of the causeway for 645 LF. There are no direct impacts to critical area. The purpose of this project is to provide new utilities to Callawassie and Spring Islands.
