City of Beaufort NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Variance The City of Beaufort Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers on the second floor at Beaufort City Hall, 1911 Boundary Street, Beaufort, S.C., to consider the following: The applicant, Michael Holle, isrequesting a variance from Section 9.14.2.F.1.d for 10 Battery Point Lane in order to build a garage to be placed in the rear yard (facing 89 Bostic Circle) 2' from the property line versus the current requirement of 5'.
