Miller has applied to the Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a Permit to add a 14'x17' 4-pile boatlift to the flood side of the existing 16'x18' covered pierhead and construct a 4'x22' walkway extension channelward of pierhead, relocate the existing 3'x24' ramp and 10'x32' float channelward of the walkway extension Additions will be for the private recreational use of the property owner. The residential dock is located at116 Spanish Point Drive, Beaufort, Beaufort County South Carolina on and adjacent to the Beaufort River.
