Public Notice The City of Beaufort will apply to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management, for a General Permit to dredge sediment downstream of a pipe outfall located between 1147 and 1149 Otter Circle. The pipes outfall to the marshes of Battery Creek and are located within the City of Beaufort, in Beaufort County, South Carolina.
