Thereafter, by assignment recorded on April 14, 2025 in Book 4422 at Page 984, the mortgage was assigned to EF Mortgage LLC., and that the premises effected by said mortgage and by the foreclosure thereof are situated in the County of Beaufort, State of South Carolina, and is described as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land lying and being in the City of Beaufort, Beaufort County, South Carolina, being shown and described as Lot A-2, containing 1.035 acres, more or less, on a plat entitled WHITFIELD STREET SUBDIVISION dated May 13, 2024, prepared by Davis & Floyd, John H.
