Racusin Council Chambers, One Town Center Court, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The following item is scheduled for review: Public Hearing Public Hearing for Consideration of an Ordinance of the Town of Hilton Head Island to Amend Title 16 of the Municipal Code, the Land Management Ordinance, to amend Section 16-3-106.J, to amend the Overlay Zoning District Standards for the Holiday Homes Neighborhood Character Overlay District (HH-NC-O).
