PUBLIC NOTICE Mary Lea Barnes Taylor has applied to the Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a General Permit to remove the existing dock and reconstruct the dock in the exact foot print consisting of a 4'x6' walkway with handrails leading to a 12'x14' uncovered pierhead with water, a 2'x7' bench, a 2'x15' bench and located to the left of the pier head is an 8'x20' floating dock attached to the pier head by a 3'x24' ramp. The residential dock is located at 405 Tarpon Blvd, Fripp Island, on and adjacent to Fripp Canal. Comments will be received by the office of SC Department of Environmental Services-Bureau of Coastal Management, 1911 Boundary Street, Ste 104, Beaufort, SC 29902 by February 9, 2026
