NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL OF THE HILTON HEAD LAKES WEST TRACT MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT This notice of completion of Assessment A Assessment Roll (the "Assessment Roll") for the Hilton Head Lakes West Tract Municipal Improvement District (the "Improvement District") is made pursuant to Section 5-37-110 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended, and Ordinances 2026-01-08A and 2026-01-08B (collectively, the "Ordinances") of the City Council of the City of Hardeeville (the "Council"), the governing body of the City of Hardeeville, South Carolina (the "City"). The Assessment Roll has been deposited in the office of the City Clerk in the City Hall of the City located at 205 Main Street, Hardeeville, South Carolina 29927, and is available for review in the office of the City Clerk during normal business hours. The Improvements (as defined in the Ordinances) to be constructed within the Improvement District or benefitting the Improvement District will consist of Main Road section south, Main Road section north, and regional pump stations, including water, sewer, and stormwater improvements within the right-of-way of the roads. Upon completion of the construction of the Improvements, the City, the State of South Carolina, or other public entities will own the Improvements. Objections with respect to such assessments, as set forth in the Assessment Roll, shall be filed in the office of the City Clerk, either in person at the address set forth above, by mail directed to the attention of the City Clerk at P.O. Box 609, Hardeeville, South Carolina 29927, or by email to the City Clerk at coliver@hardeevillesc.gov during the period beginning February 9, 2026, and ending March 10, 2026, and any such objection shall be heard during such time period.
